Transparency looks to be the way to go if you want to build brand loyalty from customers. For example, writes Robin Kurzer in MarTech Today:

Would you pay more for the premium seating, on cross-country flights. By premium I am talking about seats that recline into flat beds. United Airlines is thinking about it. Would make going to those east and west coast social media conferences less tiresome. More
