FACEBOOK TELLING CONSUMERS WHO UPLOADED CONTACT INFO- After “trusting” brands and agencies that they had permission to grab audience phone numbers or email addresses for ad targeting, FB is going full transparency mode.

As of Feb. 28th the “Why am I seeing this” drop down menu will show “when your contact info was uploaded, if it was by the brand or one of their agency/developer partners and when access was shared between partners,” according to TechCrunch.
