Google Auto-Agent to Help Small Biz Answer and Convert- Named “Calljoy” this automated customer service and call intelligence system will be available to small businesses for $39 a month as an extra Google option.

“When the phone rings, the automated CallJoy agent answers, greets callers with a custom message and provides basic business information (like hours of operation),” according to a Google blog post.

If the caller wants to schedule an appointment or place an order, โ€œCallJoyโ€™s virtual agent will send the customer an SMS text message containing a URL.” ๐Ÿ‘ More
